Rose & Thistle Tour and Cumbria Classic

The Cumbria Classic and Motorsport Show has been held since 1989 with the Rose & Thistle Classic Tour taking place on Saturday and the Cumbria Classic and Motorsport Show on Sunday.
This event, now in its 33rd year (it wasn’t held in 2020 because of covid), is the most prestigious of its kind in the Cumbria/North Lakes region.
The Cumbria Classic Car Show, held on Sunday at the beautiful Dalemain Estate, attracts around 800 cars to a day packed full of entertainment. All cars attending receive a souvenir slate coaster and winners of the Concours categories are presented with uniquely appropriate plaques.
There are autotests, arena displays, traders, music and discounted tickets to the Dalemain house and gardens.
